Monolift

The Monolift Attachment allows athletes to squat and bench press safely without having to walk or shift the bar out. This version of the Monolift, sold in pairs, takes this attachment to a whole new level, with thicker support arms, plastic J-hooks to protect the bar, and a much sturdier design all-around to accommodate even the heaviest lifts.
The top of the Monolift is equipped with a counterweight handle for this Monolift Rack attachment. This enables the athlete to lift the bar while remaining stationary, and the hooks to swing directly towards the rack, out of the way. There is no need for the athlete to move backwards because these arms provide enough space for the workout.
