Easy to install, adjust, and move in any direction you want to target those isometric exercises right at home and make every rep count. This racking attachment can handle anything you throw at it, from incline bench press to rack pulls, deadlifts, and belt squats. It can even accept our selection of J-Hooks and racking attachments when you need to perform other exercises.
